The Boston Bruins will be facing off against the Pittsburgh Penguins on April 13. This is after the Bruins lost to the Chicago Blackhawks in their last matchup by a 5-2 final score.

While speaking to reporters, Bruins interim head coach Joe Sacco shared that the team has a "couple game-time decisions" regarding their lineup against the Penguins. However, he did confirm that Joonas Korpisalo will be the Bruins' starting goalie against the Penguins.

Korpisalo, 30, will look to have a bounce-back game in his start against the Penguins. The 2012 third-round pick allowed five goals on 36 shots against the Buffalo Sabres in his last start on April 6. This is after he gave up six goals on 37 shots against the Anaheim Ducks on March 26. Thus, he is due for a big response game.

Korpisalo was acquired by the Bruins from the Ottawa Senators this past off-season in the deal that sent star goaltender Linus Ullmark out of Boston. In 26 games this season for the Bruins, Korpisalo has a 10-10-3 record, a .891 save percentage, and a 2.98 goals-against average.
