The Cleveland Browns are heading into training camp with some big questions to answer. While the quarterback position is a huge one to sort out, the wide receiver room is another very important spot to figure out.

For the Browns, Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion are locks, as both rookie receivers have impressed this offseason and will be keys to the WR room going forward. But a few other receivers have uncertain roster spots.

ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi, in projecting the Browns' 53-man roster, projected that amid this WR competition, the Browns will cut ties with 2023 third-round pick Cedric Tillman in favor of two WRs who can factor more on special teams.

"WR (6): Jerry Jeudy, KC Concepcion, Denzel Boston, Isaiah Bond, Tylan Wallace, Malachi Corley," Oyefusi projects. "... The final one or two spots will mainly focus on special teams contributions."

Juedy, Concepcion, and Boston are locks to earn roster spots, and Bond has done enough to warrant a 53-man roster spot as a depth option as well.

But after those four, the Browns have some tough decisions to make. Oyefusi is projecting that instead of keeping Tillman as another WR, they'll opt for Wallace and Corley, thanks in part to their special teams' contributions.

Corley is a good returner, and Wallace, who followed Todd Monken from the Baltimore Ravens this offseason, also can slot into various special teams units.

But, instead of releasing him, the Browns probably would be able to find a team willing to trade for Tillman. It won't be close to a third-rounder, but the Browns should be able to get something for him.

Tillman has 833 yards receiving with five touchdowns on 71 receptions in three seasons with the Browns, including 270 yards and two touchdowns on 21 receptions last year.

While he has not lived up to the third-round price tag, there's potential with Tillman, and some contending team would surely want to take a flyer on him.

Unless Jeudy is traded this offseason, Tillman's roster spot could be in jeopardy. The 2023 third-round pick might lose his roster spot as Oyefusi projects, and it wouldn't be a huge surprise.
