Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett raised the bar for elite NFL defenders by setting a new record for NFL single-season sacks just over one month ago. On Thursday, Feb. 12, he raised the bar for men trying to be supportive partners.

Garrett, who is dating Team USA Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, showed up to Kim's competition in the women's halfpipe snowboard final at the 2026 Winter Olympics repping a custom jacket with Kim's face on it. Garrett's jacket featured a blue sleeve with white stars running down the left arm and a red sleeve with "USA" in white lettering on the right side.

Front and center, taking up the torso portion of Garrett's jacket, was a picture of Kim smiling and holding the American flag behind her after her gold medal win at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Games.

2026 OLYMPICS UPDATES: Chloe Kim goes for third gold medal

At the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Games, Kim is seeking to become the first snowboarder to ever win three consecutive Olympic gold medals. After her 2018 gold medal, in which the then-17-year-old Kim became the youngest woman to win an Olympic gold in the halfpipe, she also won the gold medal in the event at the 2022 Beijing Winter Games.

Following Kim's first run, which resulted in a score of 88.00 to put her in first place, NBC cameras showed Garrett grinning and clapping while holding a long-lens camera in one hand.

MYLES GARRETT: Is Browns star at the Olympics for Chloe Kim? What you need to know

Garrett and Kim have been publicly in a relationship for several months, with rumors first bubbling about a relationship when the two attended the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Tokyo together last May. In August, the snowboarder attended one of Garrett's training camp practices with the Browns.

During the 2025 season, Garrett set a new NFL record for sacks by a player in a single season when he got his 23rd sack in the Browns' final game of the season. The accomplishment helped boost him to the second Defensive Player of the Year award of his career.
