We’ve got nearly half the Denver Broncos schedule now leaked ahead of the official schedule release. The latest is a Week 9 road game against the Carolina Panthers. Many expected Carolina to be a dumpster fire last year and they ended up nearly beating the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs instead. A good reminder never to judge a book by its cover.

Denver last faces the Panthers in 2024 and won handily. In fact, they have dominated this series since the Panthers franchise was born. The Broncos own a 9-2 record over the Panthers dating back to 1997. This obviously includes Super Bowl 50.
Of all the division winners from 2025, I would put the Panthers at the top of the list for regression this season. I don’t think their roster is all that impressive and while they out-performed massively last season I am doubtful they are able to continue that success for a second season. Though I’ve been wrong before.
