s)" />The Boston Bruins defeated the New Jersey Devils by a 7-2 final score on April 9. It was a big offensive night for the Original Six club, and, not surprisingly, David Pastrnak was a notable reason for it.
Pastrnak had another strong game for the Bruins, as he scored a goal and recorded two assists. With this, the 28-year-old winger has now hit the 100 points for the season and made NHL history because of it.
According to NHL Public Relations, Pastrnak is the first Czech-born player in the history of the league to have three consecutive 100-point seasons. This is incredible and simply shows just how amazing of a talent Pastrnak is.
Pastrnak's streaks of 100-point seasons started in 2022-23, when he posted a career-high 113 in 82 games. He then followed that up by recording 110 points in 82 games last campaign. Now, due to his dominant stretch of play, Pastrnak is at 41 goals, 59 assists, and 100 points this campaign.
