The Buffalo Bills have a rookie impressing everyone during 2026 NFL training camp.

Between starting in Rochester and continuing now back in Orchard Park, since he had selected in the fifth round of the 2026 draft by Buffalo, linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr has turned heads.

The rookie quickly proclaimed his desire to be a Day 1 starter with the Bills despite his mid-round draft status and his play on the field has reflected that same type of mentality. Elarms-Orr is an aggressive and direct defender that plays with an edge... a true straight to the point player in more than one sense.

"I want it bad, I want to win," Elarms-Orr said. "I have very high expectations of myself."

Not only has Elarms-Orr impressed onlookers, teammates have felt the same way. The first-year pro had fellow rookie TJ Parker confused with a teammate because of his effort and demeanor.

"He's a quiet guy, I try to loosen him up around the facility, he's just super serious," offensive lineman Spencer Brown said.

If that attitude helps the Bills find a starting linebacker, the team will be thrilled.
