The Buffalo Bills have their punter for the 2026 NFL season, bringing back Mitch Wishnowsky on a one-year contract, per a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The now-34-year-old Wishnowsky spent the majority of the 2025 season as Buffalo’s punter, providing a stabilizing force to a room that saw roster turnover thanks to performance and injury woes.
Wishnowsky punted for the Bills in 13 regular-season games and two playoff matchups, while also adeptly handling kickoff duties to spell kicker Matt Prater — who was dealing with a hamstring injury.
