The Buffalo Bills are doing their due diligence ahead of the 2026 NFL draft, even on positions that might not stand out.

According to NYup.com, the Bills are having a pre-draft visit with NC State tight end Justin Joly:

Can confirm that the #Bills had a pre-draft visit with NC State TE Justin Joly.

Joly has 7 total pre-draft visits. The tight end is coming off a 49-489-7 season with the Wolfpack. Joly won TE MVP at the Senior Bowl this year.@AryePulliNFL had it first. #BillsMafiapic.twitter.com/xFf55IYNQJ

With Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox under contract, tight end is not a position that sticks out in terms of needs for the Bills ahead of the upcoming draft. Even so, Joly is a player Buffalo is doing their research on.

In 2025, Joly had 49 catches, 489 yards and seven touchdowns. He profiles as a playmaker tight end, making the visit all the more interesting.

Bills Wire will continue to provide updates throughout the 2026 offseason.
