The Buffalo Bills' 2025 season just ended in heartbreaking fashion.

Buffalo fell to the Denver Broncos by a score of 33-30 in overtime on the road in the divisional round. The Bills' quest for a Super Bowl title with quarterback Josh Allen will have to wait another year.

According to Over the Cap, the Bills are slated to have negative $11 million in cap space this offseason.

Buffalo has a plethora of key free agents on both sides, so we'll see what general manager Brandon Beane decides to do.
