The NBA Finals opened on Wednesday in San Antonio. The New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs put on a knock-down, drag-out battle. In the end, the Eastern Conference champions finished the game on an 11-0 run to take the opener, 105-95.
The Knicks' surge came after a 9-0 spree by San Antonio to take the lead in the fourth quarter.
