The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t wait long after agreeing to sign the best safety in free agency before striking again.

According to his agent, the Bengals agreed to sign pass-rusher Boye Mafe to a three-year contract.

Mafe, 27, was a second-round pick in 2022 who just won a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks before heading to the open market.

The Bengals lost Joseph Ossai to free agency on the same day and will lose Trey Hendrickson, too, so adding Mafe is a way to bolster the pass-rusher currently led by first-round products Shemar Stewart and Myles Murphy.
