Hansi Flick has named his Barcelona squad for Sunday’s friendly against FC Basel at Sankt Jakob-Park in Switzerland.
The Barcelona boss has named 24 players for the trip but has left out Pedri and Gavi, with both players working on specific training plans right now.
Frenkie de Jong and Roony Bardghji miss out due to injury, while there’s also no place for Marc Casado, Hector Fort, Tommy Marques, Jofre Torrents, Guille Fernandez, or Toni Fernandez who are all expected to depart before the transfer window closes.

Defenders: Alejandro Balde, Alvaro Cortés, Pau Cubarsí, Xavi Espart, Andreas Christensen, Gerard Martin, Jules Kounde, Eric Garcia, Jordi Pesquer,

The game is Barcelona’s penultimate friendly before the start of the season. Flick’s side will return from Switzerland to face Al Ahly in the Gamper Trophy on Wednesday.
