Barcelona midfielder Marc Bernal missd out on a place in Spain’s World Cup 2026 squad but will be part of a ‘back-up’ list.

He’s on a list along with Javi Rodríguez, Jesús Rodríguez, Leo Román, Gonzalo García, Sergio Gómez, Jon Martín, Beñat Turrientes and Javi Guerra.
