May 7— The Hayfield softball team downed Blooming Prairie 10-5 in Hayfield Thursday.

Ella Bamlet struck out 11 for the Vikings (6-8 overall), while allowing zero earned runs.

Bella Schiller had a home run and two RBIs for BP (3-11 overall).
