Hmm. Glad that the location is the same. Looks great on the inside, goofy on the outside, but it's what's inside that counts, I hear. :)

Will be curious to see how ASU deals with the two years they'll have to play elsewhere. Chase Field will be an issue because of baseball. ASU/Cards have a lengthy and considerably nasty relationship that went litigious, not to mention the soured friendships with the Fiesta Bowl.

I'm not quite sure they have a place to play.

Scottsdale Community College should be a big enough venue if they keep fielding teams similar to the last few years.

I don't think scheduling should be an issue

Joe Robbie balanced the marlins, hurricanes & dolphins

Metrodome the twins, gophers & vikings

Cal played at ATT Park last year

For years a lot of the cookie cutter teams balanced a weekly football game into their baseball schedules (be it professional or college)

They could definitely make it work from a scheduling standpoint - if they wanted to

The issue is how much they would want to

Chase Field makes the most sense to me. Easy to get to for ASU students via the LRT, right next to ASU Downtown and the smaller capacity will perhaps make it a somewhat hotter ticket. Especially if the year ASU has to be there lines up with the year they have the neutral site game against ND, that would mean less conflict w/ the D'backs.
