Ahead of the 2025 NFL draft, Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty wrote a letter to NFL general managers in The Players' Tribune.

The entire letter is worth reading on TPT, but it was the closing message that has gone viral on social media. Screenshots of this text have been shared with millions of views on Twitter/X:

I’ve taken the long way. I’m done with that way. If you pick me, it’s simple: I’m coming to your franchise to do what Saquon and the Eagles just did. I’m coming to win, big, soon.

It’s TACKLE football … you know what I’m saying?

I’d draft the guy they can’t tackle.

Thank you for your time,Ashton Jeanty

I was born to play this game. This one goes out to all the NFL GMs, I hope you read this. @PlayersTribune

Now that's a statement.

The Denver Broncos do not pick until No. 20 in the first round of the draft and teams above them who are threats to select Jeanty include the Jacksonville Jaguars (No. 5), Las Vegas Raiders (No. 6) and Dallas Cowboys (No. 12), among others.

So if the Broncos want to land Jeanty, they will likely have to trade up. It might be worth it.

The 2025 NFL draft will be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin, from April 24-26.
