If my search is correct, we were second in the league, last year, with 47 blown leads. Behind the White Sox...

We were first with 8 blown leads in the 9th inning.

And, we did almost nothing to fix that glaring problem. Oy.

I think Loaisaga is that guy. He is miscast in the 6th

Our 3b and 1b can’t hit anymore
Arenado left his bat in St. Louis. His defense may be serviceable, but he will be fortunate to bat .225 for the season. He's currently batting a whopping .091. Not the production you need from third base - unless you want to end up in the cellar of the NL West.

If only the Dbacks had a guy who was on the team in 2024 and 2025 to do just that.

Outside of a poor outing by Taylor Clarke, the Diamondbacks bullpen performed pretty well against the Dodgers (3 runs on 3 hits in 10 innings without the Clarke fiasco). Yes, Ginkel and Morillo gave up runs that proved to be the difference, but the Diamondbacks have to generate some offense in the middle and latter parts of these games. The Dodgers bullpen went 11 2/3 innings, 0 runs scored, 5 hits in the three games. They called for a reliever 12 times - 8 different pitchers in the three games.
