The Arizona Cardinals opened training camp by placing four players on the PUP (physically unable to perform) list. One has already been removed.

The team announced that tackle Paris Johnson was activated from PUP, clearing him to be able to practrice. He only missed two practices.

Head coach Mike LaFleur said on Thursday it was "just maintenance stuff" with a knee.

Johnson ended last season on injured reserve with a knee injury.

Now that he has passed his physical, he can begin to practice.

Johnson is the Cardinals' starting left tackle and enters his fourth NFL season.

The three players still on PUP are outside linebacker Josh Sweat, cornerback Garrett Williams and tight end Tip Reiman.
