The Arizona Cardinals released their 2026 regular-season schedule on Thursday, as did the rest of the NFL. It is a tough schedule as they play three of the first four games on the road and don't have a bye until Week 14. They also got no prime-time games.
But there was also a small detail most overlooked, and that is their preseason opponents.
The Cardinals will play in the Hall of Fame Game to kick off the NFL preseason, giving them four preseason exhibitions. They will face the Carolina Panthers. This was already known.
Their other three normal preseason opponents have been set, although the dates and times have not been finalized.
In addition to the Panthers, the Cardinals will face these three teams:
The schedule, although unfinished, looks like this:
The Cardinals will face the Raiders and the Cowboys during the regular season, although the Raiders will come to Arizona and the Cardinals will travel to Dallas in those matchups.
They will have joint practices with the Packers in the final week of the preseason. We will see if they also schedule anything with the Raiders.

- Dallas Cowboys (in Glendale)

- Preseason Week 2: Cowboys at Cardinals, State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ), Aug. 20-23
- Preseason Week 3: Cardinals at Packers, Lambeau Field, (Green Bay, WI), Aug. 27-30
