Been widely reported on UCLA boards. Tracy Pierson brought up the obvious, how in the hell is it going to work if everyone has their NIL's set up and then say this passes and Donovan Dent and Tyler Bilodeau come back, how do you pay them? From what TP has said part of the rule would basically meaning the only option to come back would be their existing school, so it wouldn't be a case of them coming back in the portal, Arizona 5th year guys would be Arizona or nobody.
