I ordered mine on 7/11! On the 16th I called Eastbay, and spoke w/ Linda because I was freaked out by the description on the Order Status page. It specified the following: 1 WHT RBK BLANK AUTH JRSY. She explained that they did in fact have the proper personalization (LAGERFILLD / #44) per my order. She also shared that inventory is validated immediately upon placing the order. Once that occurs, the jersey was sent out for customization the following day (7/12). Apparently, the jersey takes approx 1 - 2 weeks for ExclusivePro to personalize and return. Once the jersey is received back by Eastbay, I was told it will be shipped and I will receive a UPS Tracking # via email. I have yet to receive one, nor have the funds been debited from my account. Again, I called Monday and talked w/ someone less willing to give out info. I was told that I should get it within the next week or so without any other detail. Based on Scott's comments, it looks like that's the best case scenario. Quite dissapointing - but I'm still jazzed about my new purchase. Hopefully the personalization isn't F'd-up and I'm please w/ the final product. After waiting that length of time, there better be no flaws!
