I believe the update was that he can move all of his extremities and is going to be evaluated at a local hospital tonight.

Arizona Cardinals @AZCardinals
Arians said DE Calais Campbell has movement in all extremities and feeling was coming back, Headed to hospital to get checked out. #AZvsSF

Stil dont know how the injury happened.

He went low on a tackle and the runner's knee/thigh jammed into his neck/shoulder area - at the same time CC's cleats had dug into the turf and so his body didn't slide backward when he took the force from the runner. His feet just stuck a d so his neck and spine compressed/jammed... Sort of a freak play as normally CC's feet wouldn't get stuck and he would have just absorbed the blow and slid back some so that his neck/spine wouldn't have been compressed...

whats the recovery time for that, could he be ready for thursday night?

Matters.

Stringers are tricky.

Sometimes they can come right back, but sometimes it can be two/three weeks. Dockett had one a few years back and he was out at least one week.

They can mess up your shoulder/neck something viscous.

Happy to hear that it sounds like CC will be OK.

Thing about a "stinger" is that are very painful, I didn't see CC rolling around like he was in a great deal of pain. That wiould lead me to suspect he may have had some tingling or numbness in his arm or legs. I think they just played it safe, and hopefully he's fine.

He didn't look like he was too comfortable, but until we are told what happens who knows.

But you are right, when the feeling comes back in your arm ....ugh, it just aches like no other.

USA Today reported that CC "had a lower leg injury."

Sure looked more like a stinger (or worse) to me. Maybe USA Today's report was inaccurate, but that's what it said.

He has a bad calf, maybe he also re-injured that too

That could have been were he felt the stinger. He could have lost movement or feeling there too. Who knows, but if they did a CT scan and MRI, it sounds more like a stinger to me.
