Weaver recently appeared on the Ravens' official podcast, The Lounge, with Garrett Downing and Ryan Mink. When asked whether coming back "home" meant more than taking a job elsewhere, Weaver didn't hesitate: "Here, it's different.”

For Weaver, the opportunity is more than just another step in his coaching career — it's a return to the place that helped shape him. And if his words on The Lounge are any indication, this reunion isn't just about football. It's personal.
