Yea I know I missed last year, but hey I'm getting old.

So does anybody have plans to make it to the Rams/Cards home opener in St Louis. I have meet a few of the posters though out the years. We will be in the same area on Biddle street.

The NFC west could be one of the toughest Divisions this year. But injuries are taking there toll already with the Niners (Crabtree, Manningham) and the Seahawks (Harvin?)

The Ram offense improved with some wide receivers but we will have to see how much, with the lost of Jackson. The running game should be interesting to see how it plays out. There is a lot of excitement about the Rams this year, but that how it is every year at this time. The one biggest factor will be Bradford, he will need to make this his breakout year. Or the Rams might be looking for another QB next year. But this will his first time being with the same Coordinator for 2 years.

How is the feeling about the Cards? What is the take on Palmer?

Well good Luck to the Cards and hope to catch up with a couple of you at the Rams opener.

Welcome back RMFN. You have nailed it about this division being tough.

Here in the desert we have had so much roster turnover that it is literally impossible to say just where we stand at this point. The names added to the roster are impressive though, and while I believe we can look for some immediate improvement, (with additions of the likes of Carson Palmer, Eric Winston, Carlos Dansby, John Abraham, etc.), at least there should be some scoring by our offense this year. Having yet to see a play in pads, there is much to speculate on at this point. We should be faster, and stronger than last year, and our depth has almost certainly improved. I'll not be travelling, but several of the guys will, I am almost certain. On their behalf, thanks for the welcome to ST. Louie.

Kinda sounds like the Rams, faster, stronger, but really a lot of unknowns at this point.

I'm not sure if the Niners and the Seahawks can be the force that a lot think they will be. With Wilson and Kaepernick going into the second year can the defenses catch up to them since they won't be so much of a surprise. Plus like I said they will be hurting with their receivers.

Well it's still early I get back with ya as the Rams/Cards game get closer. ;)

Everyone is saying the right thing and making what seem to be the right moves. Logic suggests we should be miles ahead of last year (regardless of strength of division).

But the Football Gods have a way of rendering what we say useless and what we've done in the offseason ridiculous. We'll see.

That said - I have a really good feeling about the upcoming season.

Well only nine more days till the season opener.

Can't say the last preseason game really showed much, with most of the Rams starters not even playing. I did like Cunningham, made some nice runs. With Pead being out if the first game (suspension) Richardson will carry the load.

I'm not sure what to make of this game. The Rams have gotten better, but I also think Arizona has. A lot will depend on the Rams D and how well it can do against Palmer and Fitzgerald.

This again will be a telling season for Bradford. He has gotten some nice playmakers, Austin, Richardson, Quick, Gibson to name a few.

I think being at home will help, from what I hearing the crowd should really be into this game. The excitement is back at least for now.

Good Luck again and hope to see a few of you at your tailgate.

It was fun stopping by the Cards tailgate and saying hello. Wish the rain had stopped a lot earlier.

I really hope to get down to Ariz one day and check out your great stadium.

The game was kinda what I figure it would be. Fitzgerald had his way with are defense. Two TD, I'm surprised thats all he got.

I was disappointed that Bradford didn't really go very deep all day. It was sort of a dink and run passes. Long looks like the real deal. A big improvement than the previous years for the Rams.

Well good luck to the Cards the rest of the year and I'll be talking with ya next time.

The line play of the Rams looked pretty good today on both sides of the ball; your running game looks okay, but Jackson would have been a great asset today in the second half.

Good game, I hope we crush you next time :)

I don't know how good you guys will be RMFN, but I know this...your defense lays the freaking wood. Those guys hit HARD.

Congrats on the win today.
