Amon-Ra St. Brown is most known for what he can do as a receiver. Year after year, he is at the top of his position in the NFL. This past year was no different. Where St. Brown's game sticks out the most is his ability to do the dirty work. He is also elite in parts of the game most top receivers do not want to be part of.

In a recent article, Jeremy Fowler emphasizes one skill that makes Amon-Ra St. Brown stick out even more than other top receivers in the game. Here is what a coach had to say about St. Brown:

"Another dimension to St. Brown's game that stands out is his blocking. As one veteran coach says, St. Brown can help the offense function as if it's in 12 personnel (two tight ends) despite being in 11 personnel (one tight end) because of how he supports the running game."

St. Brown is a player who makes the offense ten times better, without needing the ball in his hands. The Lions' offense is even more dangerous when the run game is effective; he plays his part in that with his blocking. Then he follows up by being the best compliment in being an aggressive pass catcher, who can extend plays after the catch. St. Brown's all-around traits make him stand out and put him in the elite category with the best.
