The very first Algerian Super Cup final was contested in 1981 and won by RC Kouba against USMA (3-1).

MC Alger boasts the most titles (4, won in 2006, 2007, 2014, 2024) plus one lost final. They outperform USM Alger, ES Sétif and CR Belouizdad, each of whom have two titles.
