In the latest injury blow in a season full of them for the defending NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder, Alex Caruso (left hip contusion) and Isaiah Hartenstein (left calf tightness) were ruled out during the team's 103-100 victory over the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night. "They were just ruled out for the rest of the game," Thunder coach Mark Daigneault said. "We'll evaluate them tomorrow, but when they went out, they weren't coming back." Both players were ruled out midway through the fourth quarter of a Thunder win that extended their lead over the San Antonio Spurs for the top seed in the Western Conference to 3.5 games.
