Dude the final score 24-22 that is 2 points. He also could have tripped and fumbled, so the final score indicates it was a 2 point win.

True I guess, but I can't help feeling that a 1 point loss would have really given me that feel-good, new-car-smell inside my brain. We were only two missed extra points from being in this thing. Such bad luck.

Now if we were PLAYERS talking smack that might be different but I can't remember the last time a coach went on tv and said guys. GUYS please don't talk smack on the interwebs, the twitters and pinstress the other team is putting that crap up in the locker room and we're getting our ass beat because of it.

So there is the whole battered fan syndrome along with the magical fan thinking syndrome.

And the refs would have ruled his forward progress had stopped before the fumble or that the Rams recovered it after a lengthy scrum for the ball under the pile...

I'm sorry... But all this "testament to how good this team is" stuff is a joke. Y'all are acting like we played like crap but almost beat the Packers. We played a thoroughly mediocre at best team AT HOME and lost. That's not a testament to anything.

In a fight for the division, losing a home game to a team that's worse then you is garbage. Period.

Recordwise, the Rams have been mediocre. But, the team has had some talent for awhile now. They just didn't have a player at the most important position..QB. Maybe now they do in Foles.

I'm surprised Mojo7 didn't talk any smack, good natured or otherwise leading up to or after the game. He was pretty pissed about Arians' comments last season.
