This just leaves me confused... wasn't NO offering #6 for the two seconds all last week? Why now are we swapping seconds and giving a fourth? No sense.....

Absolute garbage trade.

I can't believe we moved down a total of 24 spots and don't pick up any extra picks at all. Then, we draft 2 second rounders, having to deal with the fact we passed on Suggs and Leftwich. And to think, I thought the worst thing that could happen was we'd draft Trufant at #6 and Simms at #37. Heck, those picks look downright dazzling compared to what we actually did.

That really confuses me as well......we must have really wanted Johnson and Pace....I had both on my mock draft and like them....but Johnson in the second and Pace in the third.

Why do you need to both change seconds and forfeit a 4th?

They were absolutely desperate to not select at #6. Pure and simple. They were afraid of the bonus and/or bust.
