MLB's Athletics may not have a home. They left Oakland and are just staying temporarily in Sacramento before they move on to Las Vegas.
But as for Joshua Kuroda-Grauer? He's making himself right at home in an A's uniform.
Kuroda-Grauer has only just arrived in MLB, but he was hitting .500 through July 8.
That was a 15-for-30 mark, and it didn't feel entirely fluky -- although obviously he's not going to keep hitting .500 forever.
Before Kuroda-Grauer was called up, he was batting .352 in Triple-A.
He's actually the first player in nearly two decades with 15 hits in his first eight games while striking out two or fewer times:

In a lot of ways, JKG feels like an A's player. Their standout shortstop Jacob Wilson (who was hurt to help Kurdoa-Grauer come to the majors) is also a contact-heavy guy.
Kuroda-Grauer has moved pretty quickly through the minor leagues after being a third-round pick in the 2024 MLB Draft out of Rutgers.
He's from New Brunswick in New Jersey, stayed home for college and is now on the other side of the country.
And right now, things are going really well for JKG. He's definitely making a great first impression.
