I've always figured 6-10 and that's alright. As long as we get better and teams are afraid to play us near the end of the season.

Agreed. Being competetive on the road would be nice too.

That is one more win than I predicted (5 wins) so I would be happy with 6.

They could have the same record as last year and I wouldn't particularly care - it's all about being competitive. If the Cards are in almost every game, that would be a much bigger improvement in my eyes than the record. We lost 12, but we lost them ugly.

Salisbury is an idiot because I picked 7-9!!!?!?

Only one OT loss off from my pick.

Absolutely agree, as long as we don't look like San Jose State playing Florida State 3-4 times this year I'll be happy with 6 wins. If the team improves, is competitive, and shows preparedness, I'll be thrilled.

Hate to say it? I'd be pretty happy with 6-10. I'd have been happy with 7-9 when we had all of our starters (including Shipp). Now that Quan is out, Johnson has missed most of camp and all pre-season games, Fitz is mising time and Kendall is gone, 6-10 sounds pretty good to me.

I'm surprised Salsbury is that optimistic. Maybe he just didn't want to get a phone call from his old coach asking him about his lack of confidence.

San jose? Are you kidding! Under Mac we looked like Harrisburg Community college vs Florida St.

The Cards record 10-6. After that who knows?

With Boldin out it really hurts. But before the start of last season, who would've thought the Cards would have a pro-bowl rceiver in the "Q"? Someone will step up and deliver in this offense. I say Johnson, who will prove his worthyness of a 1st. round pick. Look for Fitz to be covered and a priority for the opposing offense. The run game needs to step it up and keep the Cards in the game if we are to make the playoffs. People need to worry about the run game instead of waiting for Boldins' return. When Boldin does come back, it would be nice for him to play games that matter instead of stats.
