Who did the Jacksonville Jaguars miss out on in Daniel Jeremiah's first 2026 NFL mock draft?
As we know, the Jaguars do not have a first-round pick this year. That was traded away during the 2025 draft so the Jaguars could move up to select Travis Hunter.
Jacksonville, however, still maintains a good amount of flexibility heading into this year's draft.
Had the Jaguars owned their original selection, they would have been picking at 24th overall. Instead, that pick belongs to the Cleveland Browns.
So, which NFL draft prospects could be selected in that range? Let's take a look at Jeremiah's mock to see who the Colts missed out on.
Many of the big positional needs that the Jaguars have are on the defensive side of the ball.
Terrell allowed a career completion rate of just 52% when targeted. He's also showcased good ball production, securing three interceptions and 17 pass breakups, according to PFF.
A stout interior presence, Hunter was good against the run, while also recording 26 pressures and two sacks.
This past year, most of his snaps came in the box. He logged two interceptions, four pass breakups, and gave up just 8.1 yards per catch, according to PFF. Thieneman was a very reliable tackler as well.
For two seasons, Allen was one of the PFF's highest graded run defenders at the linebacker position. He's been a reliable tackler and logged three pass breakups in 2025.
Listed at 6-3 - 310, Woods is another defender who's graded out well against the run. In 2025, he recorded 14 pressures and three sacks as a pass rusher.
