The San Francisco 49ers hit the road in Week 16, as they traveled to the Midwest for a Monday night showdown with the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, and Kyle Shanahan's team earned a 48-27 victory.

San Francisco's offense was firing on all cylinders as they gained nearly 300 yards passing and 150 yards rushing. They were also able to score defensively and force a turnover on special teams to make it five wins in a row.
