The Ravens have undergone a drastic offseason of change, including a new head coach, Jesse Minter; a first-year offensive coordinator, Declan Doyle; and a familiar name at defensive coordinator, with Anthony Weaver returning to Baltimore. While the franchise hasn't undergone a complete rebuild, there have been overhauls made at critical positions, and Eric DeCosta should have plenty of draft capital to help reload. After a season in which Lamar Jackson dealt with countless injuries, Baltimore's first priority should be to upgrade the offensive guard positions.

With the NFL draft quickly approaching, with Jesse Minter entering his first season as head coach, the Ravens will need several key contributors to rebound. Here are four players who must have bounce-back seasons in 2026.

QB Lamar Jackson

2024 PFF grade: 94.0 NFL rank: 1st

2025 PFF grade: 74.0 NFL rank: 20th

After a near-MVP season in 2024, Jackson was battered and missed four games, going 192-302 passing (63.6 completion percentage) for 2,549 yards (196.1 per game), 21 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, and a 103.8 passer rating. It'll be on Declan Doyle to get Jackson back to an MVP level.

WR Rashod Bateman

The subject of trade discussions for the second straight off-season, Bateman had a down year and even missed the AFC North title game due to an illness. After a career year in 2024, Bateman finished with 13 games played, 12 starts, 38 targets, 19 receptions, 224 yards receiving, and two touchdowns.

Edge Rusher Tavius Robinson

Robinson was considered a key component of the Ravens' defense and registered two sacks in his first four games before breaking a foot. Robinson has built a reputation as a dependable run stopper and will enter this offseason seeking a new deal.

CB Marlon Humphrey

Humphrey had the biggest regression, going from an All-Pro season in 2024 to one of the lowest graded players at his position. Down the stretch, the Ravens defense allowed 300+ yard performances to New England's Drake Maye, Green Bay's Malik Willis, and the Steelers' Aaron Rodgers — twice.
