There's a clear favorite going into the 2026 3M Open. Just two players in the top 30 of the World Golf Ranking are part of the field: No. 30 Hideki Matsuyama and No. 1 Scottie Scheffler.

Fresh off a fourth-place finish at The Open Championship, Scheffler has gone top-five in seven of his last 10 events, though granted he hasn't won a tournament since his season debut at The American Express in January. This will be his first start at TPC Twin Cities.

With three more weeks until the St. Jude Championship, golfers are running out of time to climb the FedEx Cup standings and make the year-end PGA Tour playoffs. Mac Meissner currently holds the final position, and all but six players between his No. 70 spot and No. 130 Hayden Springer are competing in Minnesota. Can Jackson Suber and Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen build off their performances at The Open and crash the party?
