The Dallas Cowboys can do no wrong in some fans' eyes. In others, they can do no right. The truth is obviously somewhere in the middle, but the differences of opinion were on display immediately after the team selected Alabama guard Tyler Booker. The club, looking to immediately replace future Hall of Famer Zack Martin at right guard, saw their top pick go off the board in the top 10.

The team knew it would be difficult to land Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan at No. 12, but the fanbase was honed in grabbing a skill position player to help jumpstart an offense that had fallen on hard times. Offensive line picks aren't sexy, but they have been known to help. The debate was immediately on once Booker was announced, and Twitter was the host that saw various opinions. That includes Micah Parsons' response while streaming for Bleacher Report.

If the Cowboys don’t get the gift of Tyler Warren that has dropped in their lap, I’ll be shocked!!

Actually … it’s the Cowboys … I won’t #DallasCowboys#NFLDraftpic.twitter.com/jGwvUP8xm2

Miss me with the build the TRENCHES TALK.

Dallas tried to trade back and couldn’t.

They panicked and played it safe.

The Cowboys need to learn that you can have a good offensive line without needing to spend three first round picks in four years.

Tyler Booker to the #Cowboys
It’s all about matchups. The Eagles just rolled to a title using a massive D-line that could break pockets without blitzing. Dallas wants to go nose to nose, especially against Philly’s big DTs.
I’m a bit underwhelmed by the pick but I get it.

#Cowboys pick Tyler Booker works with OL guru @BigDuke50 who works with some of the league’s best and heads up OL Masterminds when I asked him what stands out about Booker he tells me “Leader who will hold people accountable. He’s a relentless worker.” And from @BaldyNFLpic.twitter.com/0C3irzZ8fn

The Cowboys view Tyler Booker as a plug-and-play player. He was highly thought of on the personnel side as well as the coaching side. Listening to a snippet of OC Klayton Adams talking to Booker, he said he will help them move the line of scrimmage.
