One of Major League Baseball's marquee events will be in Philadelphia starting this week.

The 2026 MLB All-Star Game is July 14 at Citizens Bank Park, but that's just part of the festivities.

Here's a list of activities, dates and information about events surrounding the 2026 All-Star Game in Philadelphia:

HBCU Swingman Classic presented by USA Baseball​

When: 7 p.m., July 10 at Citizens Bank Park

TV: MLB Network

What is it: The HBCU Swingman Classic was co-created with and heralded by Baseball Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr. It highlights the history and legacy of Historical Black Colleges and University baseball programs while also providing HBCU baseball players with the opportunity to showcase their talent on a national stage. Former Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins will manage one team while former MLB All-Star Rickie Weeks will manage the other.

All-Star Commissioner's Cup and Jennie Finch Classic​


When: July 10-13 at the Philadelphia Phillies Urban Youth Academy in FDR Park and the University of Pennsylvania.

What is it: The All-Star Commissioner’s Cup features teams of youth baseball players (ages 17 and under) from MLB Youth Academies around the country and in Puerto Rico. The All-Star Jennie Finch Classic features teams of youth softball players (ages 17 and under) from MLB Youth Academies and Jennie Finch softball programming.

Capital One All-Star Village​




When: July 11-14 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center

What is it: MLB’s marquee fan festival. The village will have the youth participation-focused Capital One Play Ball Park and create a uniquely one-of-a-kind baseball theme park for fans of all ages. Former All-Stars attending, specific activations and ticket availability will be announced at a later date.

MLB Draft 2026​


When: July 11 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center

What is it: For the sixth consecutive year, the MLB Draft will take place during All-Star Week. The opening rounds of the draft will take place at 1:30 p.m. July 11 from the Pennsylvania Convention Center Grand Hall, next to the Capital One All-Star Village. Attending the draft is free and open to the public. Further information, including attendees and ticketing for the draft, will be announced at a later date.

All-Star Futures Game​

When: Noon, July 12 at Citizens Bank Park

TV: NBC and Peacock

Broadcasters: Melanie Newman (play-by-play), Yonder Alonso (analyst), Sam Dykstra (analyst) and Sande Charles (on-field reporter)

What is it: The All-Star Futures Game highlights baseball’s top prospects playing in a seven-inning exhibition, with some of Minor League Baseball’s best promotions, mascots and entertainment filling the atmosphere. The managers will be Phillies legends Larry Bowa and Shane Victorino.

MLBx: All-Star 3-on-3​


When: Following Futures game, July 12 at Citizens Bank Park

TV: Peacock and MLB Network (replay)

What is it: This is a new addition to the MLB All-Star lineup. MLBx: All-Star 3-on-3 is a fast-paced format built around power hitting and athletic catching, consisting of two semifinals and a final, with each game lasting 30 minutes. This co-ed competition unites male and female athletes alongside MLB legends and special guests.

Lineups: Here are the lineups for MLBx: All-Star 3-on-3:

  • Team Howard: Ryan Howard, Alyssa Brito, Devonta Smith
  • Team Rollins: Jimmy Rollins, Tiare Jennings, Terrell Owens
  • Team Victorino: Shane Victorino, Rachel Garcia, TBD
  • Atlanta Braves: Andruw Jones, Nijaree Canady, TBD

MLB All-Star Home Run Derby​


When: July 13 at Citizens Bank Park

TV: Netflix

What is it: MLB All-Star teams work out together before the marquee event of the day — the 2026 Home Run Derby. The derby features eight of MLB’s premier power hitters in a tournament format to determine who hits the most home runs. The participants will be announced at a later date.

Who is participating: There will be eight participants. So far the following players have confirmed they are playing:

  • New York Yankees first baseman Ben Rice
  • Tampa Bay third baseman Junior Caminero

MLB All-Star Red Carpet Show​

When: 2 p.m., July 14

Where: Independence Mall

TV: MLB Network

What is it: The All-Star Red Carpet Show, where MLB All-Stars showcase their personal style and greet worldwide media with their families, will again take place prior to the All-Star Game on July 14. It will be broadcast on MLB Network. The location of this year’s Red Carpet Show will be announced at a later date.

Gates Open: 5 p.m.

TV: 7 p.m. on FOX

What is it: The American League and National League All-Stars square off in a battle for league supremacy.
