The weather forecast for Masters Week 2026 is looking pretty good. That's a welcome sign after the deluge in San Antonio this last week.
An early look provided by Accuweather for Augusta, Georgia, shows Thursday having the best (although just a 20 or so percent) chance of rain.
If rain does fall, it would be an eighth consecutive year that a tournament round got some of the wet stuff. Further, according to the official Masters media guide, "rain has been experienced during 49 of the 89 Tournaments."
The weather really messed with the first rounds in 2023 and 2024 as each time, play carried over and concluded on Friday.
As the week goes on in 2026, the weather should get better with Sunday's final round looking to get a near-perfect weather day in Georgia.
Here's a daily look at the weather forecast for Augusta, Georgia, for the 2026 Masters:
Monday, April 6: A high of 70 with partly sunny skies and just a 1 percent chance of rain.
Tuesday, April 7: Nice with plenty of sun, a high of 76 and again, a 1 percent chance of rain.
Wednesday, April 8: Weather for the Par 3 Contest is expected to be the coolest day of the week with a high of 69 and a 14 percent chance of rain. Not too shabby.
Thursday, April 9: A high of 73 is expected with mostly cloudy skies and a chance of rain of 23 percent.
Friday, April 10: The thermometer should hit 80 degrees for the second round with party sunny skies and a 20 percent chance of rain.
Saturday, April 11: It's going to be 82 and partlly sunny with just a 15 percent chance of rain.
Sunday, April 12: The final round of the 2026 Masters has a 0 percent chance of rain and the highest expected temperature of the week at 84 degrees.
