The Atlanta Falcons added six new players in the 2026 NFL Draft, filling needs and maximizing value with their limited selections. First-year general manager Ian Cunningham did stellar job orchestrating his first draft since taking over for Terry Fontenot in the offseason.

The Falcons had to sit out on Day 1 of the draft, but Clemson cornerback Avieon Terrell fell into their laps on Day 2. The team followed up that pick by adding Georgia wide receiver Zachariah Branch in the third round.

After taking Branch, Atlanta traded down in the fourth round before selecting Oklahoma linebacker Kendal Daniels, defensive tackle Anterio Thompson, linebacker Harold Perkins Jr. and offensive tackle Nolan Onianwa to close out Day 2 of the draft.

Next up for the Falcons is the undrafted free agent signing period, and they've already agreed to terms with a few players. Check out each Falcons UDFA signing below.

QB Jack Strand, MSU-Moorhead

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Falcons are signing MSU-Moorhead quarterback Jack Strand. Atlanta met with Strand before the draft and now he joins the team as its first UDFA signing.
