The Los Angeles Rams have been known to find talent skill position players all over the draft.
Puka Nacua, Cooper Kupp and Kyren Williams were all drafted in the third round or later and all turned into stars for the Rams. While Kupp is no longer with the team, Nacua and Williams are among the offensive leaders heading into the 2025 season.
The Rams could find more players that fit their offense and culture in the 2025 NFL Draft. L.A. has eight picks, including two third-rounders and four six rounders. And while receiver isn't a big need, the Rams could add a young pass-catcher to round out the group with Matthew Stafford under center.
Underdog Fantasy found a few NFL player comparisons for the draft's top prospects. Among them include an interesting comp for Nacua: TCU's Jake Bech.
Bech is a 6-foot-2, 207-pounder who broke out in 2024 with 62 receptions for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns for the Horned Frogs. While he mostly played out wide in 2024, Bech also had 119 of his 444 offensive snaps out of the slot.
What's funny is that Bech was compared to another player who thrived in a Sean McVay offense: Kupp. ESPN's Ben Solak believes Bech is "shockingly similar" to Kupp because of his speed and agility. ESPN's Jason Reid even believes that Bech is a "perfect fit" for the Rams. Adding Nacua to Bech's pro comparison is just the cherry on top for team's looking to draft him.
Would the Rams draft him? That remains to be seen. He's likely a Day 2 pick, meaning L.A. would need to take him with one of their third-round picks or move up to select him. Bech has been mocked to the Rams before, so it wouldn't be a shock to see L.A. add him to the roster. He'd likely begin as the fourth receiver behind Nacua, Davante Adams and Tutu Atwell.
