The Seattle Seahawks have made sweeping changes to their offense during the offseason. Those figure to continue during the 2025 NFL Draft.
Seattle is armed with 10 total selections entering the draft and needs to add talent around its new starting quarterback, Sam Darnold. In particular, the team is expected to focus on giving the 27-year-old better protection after Darnold enjoyed a league-best 2.6 seconds of pocket time in 2024 and had the third-longest time to throw league-wide (3.08 seconds).
Comparatively, the Seahawks allowed 2.4 seconds of pocket time and a 2.82-second time to throw for Geno Smith. Those figures will need to improve for Darnold to find success, barring a quickening of the veteran quarterback's release.
The offensive line isn't the only area the Seahawks will look to address. They also will want to add receiver depth to help replace the departed duo of DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Seattle will seek defensive reinforcements as it looks to keep building its stop unit in coach Mike Macdonald's image as well.
Here are the grades for each of the Seahawks' selections during the 2025 NFL Draft from USA TODAY Sports and the USA TODAY Network.
