The Los Angeles Rams have a big travel season ahead of them in 2025.

L.A. will traverse 34,832 total miles over the course of their 17-game season this year, according Bookies.com's Bill Speros. It's the second-highest number behind the Rams' stadium brother, the Los Angeles Chargers.

That means the Rams average 3,870 miles per game, which is still second-most behind the Chargers. L.A. will also cross 44 times zones, which is the highest mark in the league this year.

This realization isn't terribly surprising given where the Rams are located and the teams they'll play.

L.A. teams typical travel a lot of miles given their location on the west coast of the United States, despite playing two other West Coast teams in their own division. The Rams also play one game in London and five teams on the east coast (not including the Jaguars, who the Rams play in England).

Here is a full breakdown of the Rams' travel mileage and time zones cross for the 2025 season, per Speros:

  • Cardinals: 701 miles | 0 time zones
  • 49ers: 730 miles | 0 time zones
  • Seahawks: 1,930 miles | 0 time zones
  • Titans: 3,568 miles | 4 time zones
  • Falcons: 3,877 miles | 6 time zones
  • Panthers: 4,243 | 6 time zones
  • Steelers: 4,278 miles | 6 time zones
  • Commanders: 4,622 miles | 6 time zones
  • Jaguars (London): 10,883 | 16 time zones
