I did get the rumors of us trading out, why wouldn't someone just trade with one of those teams to move up and make the pick before the Cards pick.

If they want Lynch, no need to overspend. Trade the Cards for 29 won't have to give up much. If it's Cleveland, trading their 2nd(which is 32nd overall) and maybe a 4th or 5th either this year or next.
