The Buffalo Bills just completed their 2026 NFL minicamp period.
It offered general manager Brandon Beane and head coach Joe Brady a fantastic opportunity to evaluate every healthy member of their 90-man offseason roster.
As per usual, some players took better advantage than others.
Bills Wire identified two winners and two losers from the Bills' 2026 minicamp:
Despite being a fourth-round rookie, linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr has impressed all spring. That continued during minicamp as Dorian Williams (lower body) missed workouts due to injury but it looks like a real battle between the two to start at linebacker will unfold at training camp.
Gardner-Johnson quickly has emerged as the front runner to start at safety across from Cole Bishop at safety from the start of OTAs. That continued at minicamp.
Coleman had some big efforts at minicamp during team drills. He took advantage of Josh Palmer (ankle) missing time. That's exactly the offseason start Coleman needed after the addition of DJ Moore.
Davison Igbinosun is another rookie from Round 2 pushing for playing time. Hairston himself has not played poorly, but in a surprise, Igbinosun is standing out early. That's another camp battle that is already brewing.

Loser: Dorian Williams
