2 more games revealed on Sixers 2026-27 schedule before full release

The NBA will release the full 82-game schedule for the 2026-27 season on Thursday, but for now, they continue to reveal bits and pieces of the schedule.

The Philadelphia 76ers, led by a talented star core of Tyrese Maxey, Jaylen Brown, Joel Embiid, and LeBron James, will be featured on national TV a ton in the upcoming season. They will be on national TV on opening night as well as their home opener, three of their four NBA Cup group games, and on Christmas Day.

Now, two more games have been revealed, including a Peacock game on Martin Luther King Jr. Day when they take on the Atlanta Hawks on the road.

The NBA schedule on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, Jan. 18) will feature an NBC Sports quadrupleheader.

The action begins with a 2026 Eastern Conference Semifinals rematch between the Pistons and Cavaliers, with additional matchups in Atlanta, New York and Memphis.

The Sixers will also be featured on the national TV docket on Presidents' Day when they take on the Dallas Mavericks on the road.

An NBC Sports quadrupleheader will highlight the NBA schedule on Presidents' Day (Monday, Feb. 15).

The four-game lineup opens with Minnesota's LaMelo Ball returning to Charlotte to face the Hornets.

The aforementioned stars along with the rise of second-year guard VJ Edgecombe have everybody excited about the Sixers. This is a supremely talented group that should be in contention throughout the season and give the Sixers a strong chance at ending their title drought.
