The San Antonio Spurs had a good 2025/26 season, but their campaign ultimately ended in disappointment.
They reached the NBA Finals but ended up losing out to the New York Knicks, who claimed their first title in 53 years.
The Spurs stars are now in their off-season before returning to training ahead of the new campaign kicking off later this year.
Now, during their downtime, Spurs ace Luke Kornet has been spotted helping someone fix their car in the rain.

San Antonio Spurs star Luke Kornet praised for helping fan with broken car
The video of Kornet is now doing the rounds on social media and has seen the NBA talent garnering much praise from fans.
The caption of the clip explained: “Luke Kornet (in the rain) helping a guy whose car broke down! What a guy.”
A number of other fans have since taken to the comments section and quoted-tweeted the initial video to share their thoughts.
One fan simply said: “Spurs. Legend.” Another echoed that Kornet is a ‘Legend’.
A third stated: “The dude is a saint,” with a fourth passionately tweeting: “This is the kind of guy Luke is, you know. That’s why fans of BOS or SAS alike just can’t get enough of him… Well, this would feel totally natural even if it were about any other SAS member, though! Go Luke Go!! GSG!!”
Another wrote: “Man of the people,” while a sixth added: “MY HUMBLE KING.”
