    Yeah I disagree 100%. This roster is terrible, especially WR and OL, and half the team is in street clothes. Snatching 8-8 out of this mess took some ability. We will miss Arians if he leaves.

    Another good late bloomer was Rich Gannon. Though he wasn't drafted highly. Kurt Warner was undrafted but was on his third or more pro team (counting the Barnstormers). Heck even Jake Plummer was a better QB with the Broncos than he was here. Not everyone is their Madden rating for life, people...

    I really like this guy. Good hands and gets open. I didn't see if he was blocking all that well, but he looks like a strong competitor for starting TE.

    Today was not the first time Gabbert beat Jacksonville, but it was the first time it was intentional. He's playing lights-on football for the first time in his career and I'm really interested to see how he does down the stretch. Dude was clutch today and did well under pressure.
