Yeah. You don't even see it clearly at that angle. The field level replay showed it as clear as day. Not even debatable IMHO. Unless you say uncatchable, which is very suspect as well. Either way...we got hosed there.
They are easy targets all game. Teams just know how to pick both of them apart and attack frequently. That's why we give up so much soft crap in the middle of the field. It's nauseating. Budda was torn to shreds on that last touchdown from Downs.
Oh and terrible "missed" call in the end zone. Wrapped his hips. Easy call.
Either way, didn't deserve this w anyhow. Good teams hunker down and shut down other teams when they have the lead into the 4th. That ain't us.
We have two safeties who are and have been extreme liabilities in coverage. That's a losing recipe in today's NFL. But, that's the stupid s hit we do as a franchise.
It's really not that crazy if he truly wants out. I mean, there are smarter ways to go about it than this.. lol..but, it's definitely not as nuts as it seems. Guy literally threw a damn hissy fit 5 yards from the goal line!
Yep. I just went bowling while it was on. I don't commit emotional currency to this team anymore, other to just laugh when they continue to do stupid crap. Lol. Wins are nice, but losing doesn't get at me anymore like it used to. Which is a fantastic feeling.
Speaking of demercado... I think that play was pure salt on his part with him not being elevated before knight and Carter. After rewatching, it seemed super obvious to me. He'll never admit it either and no way to prove.. but you can't have players like that around regardless of talent. Coaches...
They won't. I didn't even see the demercado bs. That dude should be gone yesterday after that. Putzing will be saved by that play alone, unfortunately. imo
Imagine how fast you lose player trust in coaches when stuff like this occurs in the second half? It's a no brainer changes are needed. If not, it's just same ole cards stuff per usual and wouldn't surprise me either.
