    This is a game where I wish Monty had the balls to sit CP3 for a game. Not only does it reduce the mileage on Chris, it also puts a bit of pressure on the rest of the team so they don't take it easy and are forced to focus.

    Yeah, I think you're on to something. I did a little digging: http://www.cbafaq.com/salarycap.htm#Q79 Unless I am misunderstanding the verbiage (likely) it still looks like Phoenix is carrying one extra player, assuming that Ish is the only 2-way contract on the team.
