    Your correct. If the CBA is not signed before the draft teams can only draft in 2011. You cannot sign UDFA, your own players and or any other player, so the high draft picks a premium picks and teams would have to up the ante for them.

    Thats due to we can not do anything in FA until the CBA is signed. Now if it is done before the draft well then thats a different story. Would be trading a pick for a FA QB. and signing a top flight TE OT and LB.

    Why? He saved about 30 mil last year and gets a free 31.25 mil this year for the new Monday Night contract. Thats free money to him so in essence he could give all of those signing bonuses and still have a large chunk of money leftover.
